Cooker Boil-Out Liquid is a caustic alkaline product designed to be used as a soak or spray detergent to remove heavy organic soil deposits from food equipment e.g. cookers, ovens and fryers etc. The product contains surfactant to provide excellent wetting and soil penetration. The high level of powerful scale control agents will also prevent scaling in hard water conditions.
